We encourage all clients to review service descriptions, ask questions, and take advantage of our free 15-minute intro call before committing to any paid service. This allows you to understand exactly what you're purchasing and confirm it's the right fit for your needs.
If you miss a scheduled consultation or arrive late, the session will not be rescheduled or refunded. Please make every effort to attend your sessions on time. If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled session using the link provided in your confirmation email.
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can work to resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to all Oak Bridge services.
